The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior TM1 Consultant to join our growing Enterprise Performance Management team. This role is ideally suited to a consultant who combines a strong understanding of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) with excellent business consulting, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering capabilities. Unlike traditional TM1 development roles, this position focuses on understanding business challenges, facilitating workshops, defining solution architecture, and translating requirements into scalable planning solutions. Technical development is increasingly supported through specialist delivery resources and AI-assisted development tools, allowing consultants to focus on delivering business value and exceptional client outcomes. You will work closely with finance leaders, operational stakeholders, and project teams to design and deliver modern planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting solutions.
