About the Role Accountability are partnering with a fantastic organisation located in the western suburbs who are on the search for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their senior leadership team undergoing positive transformation.This role goes beyond traditional EA support and is suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure, discipline, and momentum to leadership operations. Key responsibilities include: Managing complex diaries and competing priorities Coordinating leadership meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups Capturing actions and ensuring accountability across stakeholders Maintaining dashboards or trackers to monitor progress against priorities Following up on reporting, deadlines, and agreed outcomes Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working This is a hands on role requiring confidence, discretion, and the ability to work proactively with senior leaders. About You You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in an environment that values initiative and ownership. You will bring: Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail The ability to manage multiple priorities with resilience and professionalism A proactive, solutions focused mindset Confidence in holding stakeholders accountable in a constructive way Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience in complex or purpose led environments will be well regarded but is not essential.
