The Place for Talent About the opportunity: The ICS Senior Analyst is an integral member of the team providing operational support for Charter Hall’s investor relations activities across wholesale pooled funds and partnerships. This role will be supporting our ICS Executives in completing investor RFIs, due diligence requests, and CRM reporting and preparing client communication emails and presentations. What you’ll be doing - Assist for the management of the ICS inboxes and phoneline - Assist with the ongoing management of the CRM database for investors by ensuring all information is accurate and up to date - Responsible for the investor onboarding process, including compliance requirements (e.g., KYC/AML) ,capital calls and welcome letters - Coordinate the quarterly management fee rebate process - Assist theICS team to source responses, co-ordinate and finalise investor RFIs and DDQs, including automation of responses using RFI-Assist - Manage the process of transfers and secondary trades - liaising with investors/asset consultants/custodians, Investment Management, Finance and Registry and ensure timely updates of trackers.Create and update marketing collateral including presentations as required using Powerpoint - Help manage the team’s filing system and ensure data accuracy at all times - Assist with the management of data rooms and keeping documents and user access lists up-to-date - Prepare data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance stakeholder reporting - Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data systems for portfolio and fund management - Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the ICS data platform including transactions, uncalled capital, YTD capital raising, YTG forecasts, investor information to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the ICS PowerBi dashboards - Partner with Technology, Finance and Investment teams to define requirements and test enhancements for CRM, Power BI dashboards and investor data systems - Support periodic investor, custodian and internal audits by coordinating data requests, validating outputs and ensuring consistent responses across teams - Develop and maintain internal process documentation, playbooks and training materials to support team scalability and onboarding of new ICS team members - Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required Benefits that matter Our people share in our success.
