Who We’re Looking For We’re searching for passionate and motivated Psychology Aides to support the delivery of our evidence-based Reading for Life and Counting for Life programs in primary schools. This role is ideal for psychology students commencing or completing their 4th year who want hands-on experience working directly with children and alongside experienced psychologists. This is a unique opportunity as you do not require provisional registration to be suitable for this role. You’ll Thrive In This Role If You: Love working with children and helping them build confidence Are warm, empathetic and highly reliable Communicate positively and professionally Can work independently while being part of a supportive team Want practical experience in educational and developmental psychology Are available for a minimum commitment of 2 days per week What You’ll Do Deliver our Reading for Life and Counting for Life programs in schools across Southwest Sydney Support children in building literacy, numeracy and self-esteem skills Assist psychologists and provisional psychologists with evidence-based group programs Conduct and score literacy and numeracy assessments Maintain accurate records and communication with schools and families Why Join Learning Links?
