Pacific Blue Produce is seeking two Warehouse Allrounders to work across cold storage, forklift operations, order building and basic administration. You’ll help keep high-quality fresh produce moving smoothly through our site and out to customers. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Forklift Operations • Complete daily forklift checks and records • Safely load, unload and move pallets of fresh produce • Receive fruit from growers and dispatch orders to freight providers Manual Handling & Warehouse Tasks • Build, label and compile customer orders for dispatch (10kg boxes/pallets) • Assist with packing/repacking fruit and general stock movement • Keep warehouse, cool rooms and driveway clean, tidy and safe Administration & Data Entry • Enter stock received and completed orders into systems • Create basic paperwork (POs, freight dockets, dispatch/receivables) • Complete daily stock counts and basic QC/inspection checks You’ll need to be able to work both in a team and independently, and be proactive in safety and following processes. ABOUT YOU We’re looking for warehouse allrounders with a background in warehouse / production / logistics / cold storage who are ready to take ownership of their area. You: • Are reliable, hard-working and safety/quality focused • Have good communication, follow instructions and work well in a small team • Are organised, show initiative and are physically capable of manual handling ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS • Current Forklift Licence (LF or equivalent) • Experience in a warehouse, production, logistics or cold storage environment • Physically fit and comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (~8–14°C) • Basic computer/data entry skills • Full working rights in Australia PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS You’ll need to be comfortable with: • Working in a refrigerated environment (~8–14°C) • Regular standing, walking, bending, squatting, twisting, pushing/pulling • Frequent lifting and climbing on/off a forklift • Repetitive hand movements and continuous gripping • Differentiating between red, orange, yellow, green and blue (for product/labelling) HOW TO APPLY If you believe you are the right person for this role and can confidently fulfil the duties set out in this advertisement, we’d love to hear from you.
