Remuneration: The annual salary range for the position is EL1 - $121,755- $143,202 p.a. , plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%. This is a hybrid role with flexible work arrangements, requiring a minimum of one regular day per week in the office. This role aligns with the SFIA 9, and to be successful you will have: Experience overseeing the planning, installation, maintenance and acceptance of new and updated infrastructure components and infrastructure-based services in Teams Rooms Pro and supporting server systems. Substantial experience providing definitive and expert advice in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro, Microsoft Teams Voice, Microsoft Teams Queues and Avaya Systems. Experience leading continuity of service delivery, ensuring agreed service levels, security requirements and other quality standards are met. Proven understanding of user experience design, and the adoption of practices to improve user experience. Experience working with business and technical stakeholders to analyse needs, manage expectations, and maintain effective working relationships that support the delivery and ongoing improvement of applications and services.
