CBW & Sorting Leading Hand Coordinate workflow to ensure smooth operation between sorting and CBW washing areas. Operate and monitor Continuous Batch Washer and laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Work as an active team member in the washing and sorting areas. Monitor wash loads to ensure correct weight and efficiency. Ensure the sorting team achieves daily productivity and targets. Maintain quality, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times. Report equipment issues, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements promptly. Complete production records and operational documentation as required. Train and support team members in correct laundry handling and operating procedures. Assist Production manager with workflow planning and daily operational coordination. About Company KC Linen is a fast-growing commercial laundry located in Yatala.
