We are seeking a motivated and driven Internal Sales Specialist to join the Tradelink branch in Swan Hill. This is not your average counter sales role. You’ll be joining a friendly, tight-knit team where everyone pitches in, relationships are key, and community connection is highly valued. Your Responsibilities Provide exceptional service at the trade counter Build and maintain strong relationships with local trade customers Prepare and process invoices and receivables Assist with cycle counts and stock control Coordinate and occasionally complete local deliveries Support day-to-day branch operations Handle heavy lifting when required (including hot water services and plumbing stock) Contribute to sales growth by staying proactive and engaged What You’ll Need to Succeed: Experience in sales, customer service or trade supply environments (preferred) Ability to learn product knowledge to confidently advise trade customers A friendly, personable approach with the ability to build rapport A motivated, energetic and proactive mindset The physical capability to handle regular lifting A current Driver’s Licence (essential) Forklift Licence (desirable, training can be provided for the right candidate) Sales systems and internal processes can be trained - product knowledge and customer connection are the priority.
