Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support a Partner directly within their Workers Compensation practice. The Role: Working closely with a Partner and wider team, your duties will include: Extensive diary and inbox management Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence Liaising with clients, barristers, medical providers and insurers Managing files from opening through to archiving Coordinating medical appointments and assessments Assisting with court documentation and general matter administration Managing confidential information with professionalism and empathy General administrative and secretarial support to the practice About You: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant Previous experience within Personal Injury or Workers Compensation law is essential Strong knowledge of legal terminology and processes Confident managing a busy workload and competing priorities Excellent communication and client service skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Professional, personable and team-focused approach Benefits: Salary up to $115,000 package Stable and supportive team environment Work closely with an approachable Partner Long-term career opportunity with a respected firm Convenient Western Sydney location If this opportunity sounds of interest, please apply today or reach out to Danielle at dneary@mjdrecruitment.com.au for a confidential discussion.
