Permanent full time role Work from home 1 day per week (after probation period) Notting Hill location Competitive salary on offer The Company: An established and growing residential construction builder, delivering end-to-end building and design services in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join its team based in Notting Hill. The Job: This is a hands on coordination role supporting active medium density residential construction projects and working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects run smoothly from planning through to delivery. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and the Project Management team, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating day-to-day project administration and documentation Supporting active construction projects across scheduling and workflow coordination Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders Assisting with procurement, RFI's, variations, reporting and project tracking Preparing and maintaining project records, registers and documentation Monitoring project timelines and following up outstanding actions Supporting Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently General administration duties About YOU: 3-5 years previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Construction Administrator role Experience supporting construction or building projects Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills High attention to detail and a proactive approach Proficiency across Microsoft Office and project-based systems If you are looking for your next career opportunity and to join a friendly supportive team, then this job is for you.
