About You You are a highly capable and inspiring leader with a deep commitment to early childhood education and quality outcomes. You bring: Demonstrated senior leadership experience across early learning services. A strong commitment to children’s rights, inclusion and evidence-based practice. Proven ability to coach, mentor and build capability in leaders and educators. High-level knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks. Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to use data to drive improvement. A proactive, reflective and collaborative approach to leadership.
