About The Role As a Head of Special Education Services at Augusta State School you will work collaboratively with a strong leadership team to lead the school community to implement a shared vision, focused on: Maintaining and developing school culture through strategic leadership and instructional leadership to enhance outcomes for all students; Leading and driving school improvement to improve whole school A-E data; Leading the development and growth of pedagogy and data literacies in all staff to deliver a quality differentiated curriculum; Leading and growing a safe and supportive learning culture.
