GenPhysio Speech Pathologists provide a diverse range of care; from assessment and early intervention with children & adults, assistive technology, telehealth/online health options and so much more – and we love to work with our Clinicians to develop their caseloads based on their areas of interest and skillsets. How does GenPhysio support our Speechies? • Guided orientation into your new role – support to gradually establish your caseload, shadowing with fellow Speechies and ensuring you feel confident in a new role. • Supervision -support from our in-house experienced team of Speech Pathology Supervisors in 1:1 and group settings. • Build your caseload based on your learning/interests. • MDT catch ups with your team of fellow Speechies, OTs, Physios, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists. What GenPhysio offers our Speech team • Flexibility – whether its part-time/full-time or a 9-day fortnight – lets make your schedule work for you! • Professional Development – $2,000 PD allowance and 3 days paid study leave. • Birthday Leave – enjoy your special day on us. • Starter Kit – we supply everything you need to be set up for success: company laptop, mobile, printer, laminator, iPad and funding for resources to support your caseload. • Vehicle allowance – option of an $8,000 annual vehicle or the option of a fully serviced company vehicle. What is needed to work as a Speech Pathologist at GenPhysio? • Tertiary qualifications as Speech Pathologist and SPA registration • National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain) • Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain) • Working with children check • NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain) • Current driver’s license • Ability to legally work in Australia Would you like to know more about whether a role in community is right for you?
