What you’ll be doing Answer incoming calls and assist customers with enquiries and bookings Make outbound calls to warm leads from our existing customer base Generate appointments for our plumbing & electrical services Follow up on previous quotes and lost jobs Maintain high call quality with a friendly, professional phone manner Update customer information and manage bookings in our CRM Support the team with scheduling and general admin tasks Work toward achievable weekly and monthly performance targets Who we’re looking for A bubbly, confident personality with strong phone presence Customer-focused and genuinely enjoys helping people Clear communicator with excellent verbal skills Comfortable making outbound calls and handling busy call volumes Organised, reliable and team-oriented Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude Local to Chatswood or surrounding areas preferred Previous call centre / sales / customer service experience is a plus Why join Ruttley Services?
