Drive capital growth by building trusted relationships with sophisticated private investors Sentinel Property Group is seeking a commercially driven and results-focused Private Client Sales Manager to join our Clients & Capital team. This role is designed as a pure sales position, focused on converting investor interest into committed capital and building long-term relationships with sophisticated private clients. You will play a critical role in supporting Sentinel’s continued fund growth by engaging directly with investors and guiding them through the investment process. Reporting to the Clients & Capital leadership, this is a high-energy role suited to someone motivated by performance, relationship-building and results. What’s in It for You Pure sales role focused on capital raising and investor conversion Work with an established brand and warm investor leads generated through online channels and existing databases Opportunity to engage directly with sophisticated retail investors and private clients Competitive remuneration package with regular reviews Clear performance metrics and the opportunity to build a long-term sales career within funds management Prime Brisbane CBD location, in new office within a fast-growing investment platform Key Responsibilities Private Client Sales & Capital Raising Engage with existing and prospective private clients to promote Sentinel’s investment opportunities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to follow up on investor enquiries and expressions of interest Guide investors through the sales process, from initial engagement to capital commitment Achieve and exceed capital raising and sales targets Relationship Management Build strong, trusted relationships with sophisticated retail investors Maintain ongoing engagement with clients to support repeat investment and long-term loyalty Act as a professional ambassador for Sentinel’s brand and investment philosophy Pipeline & Sales Management Manage sales activity, leads and investor interactions within CRM systems Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups and outcomes Work closely with Investor Relations, Marketing and Capital teams to optimise conversion Skills & Experience 5 years’ experience in sales, business development or client-facing roles Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Experience in real estate, funds management, financial services or investment products (highly regarded, not essential) Confident communicator with strong phone-based sales capability Commercially driven, resilient and motivated by performance outcomes Tertiary qualifications in a related field (desirable) How to Apply If you’re a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a results-driven environment and wants to play a key role in capital growth for a leading investment platform, we’d love to hear from you.
