The Role You’ll be involved in a mix of service, maintenance, and installation work across refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including: Cool rooms (including under-bar systems) Split systems and ducted A/C Installations and breakdowns Commercial sites such as restaurants, bars, and retail shops This role offers a balance of on-site and mobile work, with a company vehicle and fuel card provided. There’s also opportunity to support and mentor junior apprentices. What We’re Looking For Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician or strong 4th year apprentice Open to Mechanical Plumbers with relevant refrigeration experience Solid foundation in: Basic refrigeration fault finding Air conditioning installs and servicing Experience working on commercial sites is highly regarded Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude—reliable, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
