Boilermaker / Oxy Cutter – Wacol We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Oxy Cutter to join our team in Wacol. This permanent day?shift role suits someone who is reliable, safety?focused and confident working in a busy scrap?metal environment. Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00AM to 5:00PM, with occasional Saturday work. About the Role You will carry out welding, oxy cutting and assist with preparing and processing large metal materials. The role involves hands?on work in an outdoor scrap?metal yard and requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Fabricating and welding (MIG, TIG, ARC) Oxy welding and cutting Assisting with planning and cutting large metals Supporting the recycling process Following all safety procedures Maintaining a clean and safe work area What You Need Strong welding and oxy?cutting experience Good communication skills Ability to work independently or in a team Reliable, punctual and safety?focused Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a noisy, dusty outdoor environment Positive, can?do attitude Position Details Permanent role Wacol location Monday to Friday, 6AM–5PM Occasional Saturday work PPE provided QLD123 Interested?
