Otraco boasts an in-house, Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that provides training, both externally and internally ensuring Otraco’s tyre fitters/technicians are not only equipped with Nationally accredited technical training, but they are also fully equipped with safety training, making our teams some of the safest in the industry. The Role Due to further growth within the business, we are currently seeking a National RTO superintendent to manage and maintain the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) inclusive of the People, Equipment, Training Facilities and Internal / External customers. You will be responsible for the coordination, development and management of training plans and procedures. Lead by example and demonstrate Otraco’s Values within the training centre. To provide leadership across the business from an RTO perspective Implement training and development procedures to maximise efficiency and quality Comply with legislative, Company and Client requirements Liaise with Operations Management to ensure training is aligned with site requirements Provide internal and external business development for the RTO Coordinate the design and delivery of training courses, leading the training team Provide advice, guidance and updates to staff regarding RTO standards Coach and mentor trainers to ensure they are performing the required role Ensure safety is a priority and embed this within the team Reviewing and promoting continuous improvement of the RTO Use Learning and Development systems to assist in the relevant training Identify training discrepancies and implement solutions Develop and upgrade training packages Review training content and adapt to industry changes Assist with the performance of risk analysis before any new equipment or process is introduced About You The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of RTO compliance with preferable experience in a mining/resources related environment.
