03rd June, 2026 Our client is an Iconic Australian Organisation who are undertaking significant transformation to enhance both Customer and Employee experience. As a result we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to join the team and support projects through the application of strong Scrum Principles and Practices and leading teams through Transformation and Change. This is an initial 6mth contract with potential extension. The work environment is exceptional with a strong supportive culture, and a hybrid work structure that includes 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH. You must be a passionate Scrum Master, with in-depth knowledge of the theory and pragmatic practice of Scrum, with a proven track record in value-based delivery. Key Requirements: 5 years demonstrable Scrum Master experience leading multiple AGILE Delivery Squads within a Scaled AGILE environment. MUST have Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master Certification. Outstanding planning and organisational skills with experience in establishing priorities, allocating resources and meeting deadlines in a large, complex Scrum/Scaled Agile organisation Familiarity and exposure to multiple agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Tribal model, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum @ Scale). Extensive senior-level experience in building high-performing teams as well as leading teams through transformation and change ensuring effective positive change outcomes. A strong understanding of AGILE Principles and Ceremonies with strong Team Coaching skills. Outstanding relationship management and consulting skills, including the ability to engage, influence and negotiate with senior management. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate new concepts and information. Strong skills in the use of tools which includes JIRA, Confluence and others. Proven solution delivery experience in an enterprise environment. Able to demonstrate continuous improvement in the way the team’s work and function. Strong Stakeholder Engagement and Communication skills.
