Duties & Responsibilities What You'll Do Deliver high-quality, hands-on training and assessment to students across your course specialisations Use our online LMS to assess theory submissions, provide feedback, and track student progress ahead of face-to-face practicals Run practical sessions that simulate real-world work environments and build genuine employability skills Set up and maintain training materials and equipment at your venue Support students of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and abilities with clarity, patience, and professionalism Assist with online course delivery and ad-hoc training as needed Training areas include: Hazardous Areas (EEHA) High Voltage (HV) Instrumentation - Cert III & Cert IV Solar & Battery Refrigeration TAE40122 – Certificate IV in Training & Assessment The more courses you can deliver, the higher your salary. Desired Experience & Qualification Essential Electrical trade qualifications. Overseas qualifications are welcomed and respected. We will discuss and actively support your skills assessment pathway toward Australian recognition of your qualification You must be highly experienced in EEHA and High Voltage, with the goal to deliver at least one additional Volt Edge course area Be committed to achieving your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or a Diploma or higher in Adult & Vocational Education. We will map out a clear pathway with you and support you through it Advanced English written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of teaching Ability to work independently Comfortable with online learning platforms and general IT Flexibility for occasional intrastate/interstate travel Your Pathway into Australian Training.
