About the Role You’ll play an important role in helping keep our national forklift fleet running efficiently. Working with our telematics platform (Toyota I_Site) and fleet reporting systems, you’ll support account managers, technicians, and customers with operational insights and day-to-day fleet support. This is a hands-on and varied role where you will be involved in: Supporting telematics installations and system setup for new fleet rollouts. Assisting with technical troubleshooting and working alongside technicians to resolve issues. Preparing fleet reports and providing meaningful insights to customers and internal stakeholders. Monitoring fleet performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement. Contributing ideas and process improvements to enhance fleet efficiency and customer outcomes. We’d love to hear from you if you have: Trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience). Experience in fleet management, telematics, technical support, or service coordination roles. Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to interpret and analyse fleet data and performance reports. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to support customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and software platforms quickly. Experience working with forklifts, heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial machinery is highly regarded. Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and team-oriented approach. You don’t need to be an expert in telematics — we’ll provide training and support to help build on your existing knowledge.
