About the Role: To develop, maintain and manage effective working relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers, ensuring Fanquip achieves its ambitious sales targets and divisional growth objectives. The role will be instrumental in developing new business and securing clients within the established territory remit, whilst delivering effective client management for essential consistency of service and customer growth. Responsibilities: Maintaining existing accounts, tracking performance and ensuring that customers are receiving the best return on investment. Sourcing new sales opportunities through effective networking, referral follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails and meetings. Working closely with new and potential customers to understand their requirements, determine their present and future needs and propose suitable products and solutions. Providing consistent reports on the status of accounts and transactions. Tracking sales account targets, aligned with company objectives and monitoring sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Researching accounts to identify key players and generate interest from various business sources. Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within the assigned territory. Developing an in-depth knowledge of Fanquip’s core products and services, translating these learnings to maximum effect when generating sales. Resolving issues or problems that may arise following the introduction of a new product or service, while pro-actively promoting high-quality solutions. Educating and working to implement new ways in which customers can improve product and services usage. Skills & Experience: Strong planning and project management skills, proven ability to problem solve, negotiate and influence. Technical understanding of the product range and services and its application to sales activities. The ability to use initiative, be self- motivated and self-managed within the context of the business. Exceptional customer service skills with a practical approach to providing sales solutions and identifying opportunities for development of Fanquip products and services. A confident, co-operative and friendly disposition towards staff, customers and suppliers, A willingness to network within the organizational structure of the customers operations, developing relationships with operational Managers, senior personnel and other key influencers on site.
