Your Mission Support the execution of business development and marketing activities, helping to keep initiatives moving and ensuring key actions are tracked and delivered Support key client initiatives and events, assisting with coordination and delivery Contribute to HubSpot operations (BD, marketing and onboarding), maintaining data accuracy and supporting pipeline visibility Assist with reporting across BD, campaigns, events and client initiatives Support EDMs (build, send, track) and LinkedIn activity and performance Help coordinate directories, rankings and credential submissions (Chambers, Legal 500 etc.) What you’ll be accountable for Supporting the delivery of growth initiatives and helping maintain momentum Producing consistent, high-quality outputs in a timely manner Helping ensure follow-ups, proposals and tasks are kept on track Contributing to clear and accurate reporting for the Growth team What you’ll bring 1–4 years’ experience in BD, marketing, or a similar coordination-focused role Strong organisation skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) Exposure to EDMs and stakeholder coordination A practical, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute Why Atmos Atmos is building something distinctive in the market, shaping the future of cyber, privacy and digital risk.
