With a strong focus on safety, operational efficiency, and fleet reliability, they are seeking an experienced Logistics Maintenance Coordinator to support the ongoing maintenance and performance of their fleet and equipment assets. Description Reporting to the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance activities across a diverse fleet of heavy vehicles, trailers, and mobile equipment assets. You will be responsible for managing maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and maintaining accurate maintenance records to support operational performance and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating maintenance activities with drivers, fleet operations, and external service providers Reviewing daily pre-start inspections and identifying maintenance or repair requirements Scheduling preventative and corrective maintenance to maximise fleet availability Raising work orders, purchase requisitions, and coordinating supplier quotations Monitoring repair turnaround times and minimising operational downtime Maintaining accurate maintenance records, reports, and KPI tracking Conducting spot-check inspections across fleet and equipment assets Liaising with approved contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery Supporting compliance with transport, safety, and operational regulations Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and fleet operations What’s on Offer Permanent full-time opportunity Immediate start available Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to work within a large and fast-paced logistics operation Exposure to fleet coordination, maintenance planning, and operational logistics Competitive salary package based on experience Profile The successful candidate will be a highly organised and proactive maintenance or logistics professional with strong coordination skills and previous experience working within a transport, fleet, or operational environment. You will bring: Previous experience in fleet maintenance coordination, logistics, or maintenance planning Strong understanding of heavy vehicle and equipment maintenance processes Excellent organisational and scheduling skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience working with suppliers, contractors, and service providers Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements Current WA Driver’s Licence A heavy vehicle licence is highly regarded Interested?
