We are seeking a dentist with approximately two years’ experience who is ready to move beyond basic dentistry into a structured, growth-focused role. Earnings and Tiered Commission (Designed for Growth) 35% commission up to $3,000/day 37% commission from $3,000–$3,500/day 40% commission above $3,500/day With our systems and patient flow, a realistic medium-term benchmark is $5,000/day production as your skills and confidence develop. You will not be expected to reach this immediately — but you will be supported to get there. Clinical Scope and Opportunity This is not a limited general dentistry role. You will have exposure and a pathway into: Clear aligner therapy (including Invisalign ) Implant dentistry and full arch rehabilitation (All-on-4 / All-on-X concepts) Digital smile design and restorative workflows Same-day dentistry using CEREC Comprehensive treatment planning across restorative, surgical, and aesthetic cases We focus on building clinicians who can confidently diagnose and deliver complete treatment plans , not just isolated procedures.
