The Vines by Enzos Cucina Pty Ltd t/as Enzo’s Cucina is seeking to employ Cooks in the Venue of 3 Argyle StreetCamden NSW 2570 The restaurant specialises within authentic Italian culinary offering a wide range of food frompizzas to risottos that allows for customer preferences and choice. The restaurant is an ideal venue for a wide rangeof functions that include birthdays, christening, engagement celebrations and many numbers of events as therestaurant is able to comfortable accommodate a group of 20-200 people. The restaurant has been operating theirservices under the business name, Enzo’s Cucina. Role: Experienced Cooks wanted to join our busy kitchen on a full-time basisDuties and responsibilities as a Cook: Cooking and preparing the dishes in our menu Developing and changing the menu from time to time as required Training and mentoring subordinates in the kitchen Following and maintaining OH & S procedures in the kitchen Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness in the kitchen Stock rotation and reordering Presentation and plating of food Ability to work in a team Very good communication skills Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area Qualifications and Experience - Must have AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management - Must have experience worked as Cook for more than 1 year Any successful applicant must be a team player, able to work under pressure & maintain a high level of cleanlinessin the kitchen.
