Gopal Energy is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Retail & Service Managers (2 x positions) manage and oversee the daily operations of our busy petrol station and retail stores in Islington NSW and Bulahdelah NSW. An ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Management, Business, or in a similar field, or demonstrate equivalent industry experience. You must display problem solving skills, leadership qualities and a passion for providing superior customer service. This full-time managerial role carries a salary range of $77K to $85K plus superannuation. Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail shop and petrol station • Manage and monitor inventory levels and place orders for new stock • Prepare and control the retail store’s budget, minimising wastage, and optimising efficiency • Hire, train, and supervise all retail and service staff • Plan, implement and oversee in-store promotional events and displays • Monitor sales and implement strategies to enhance revenue • Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked • Adhere to all company policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Only eligible and shortlisted applicants will be considered.
