The exciting opportunity Take responsibility for a broad and strategically important aged care operations portfolio. Lead day-to-day performance across existing services while contributing to the successful transition of a major new city-based development. Play a central role in commissioning preparation, operational planning, and future service readiness. Work closely with clinical, quality, and executive stakeholders to ensure service delivery remains safe, consistent, and high performing. Oversee workforce coordination, continuity of care, and operational improvement across a complex environment. Influence future care models and help shape the next phase of service delivery for a highly regarded provider. You are comfortable managing change, building strong internal and external relationships, and keeping services running smoothly while also contributing to strategic priorities.
