YOUR NEW ROLE In this powerful front-line role as a key member of the winning BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT team (of 6), reporting to the CEO, you will be initiating and building new relationships (primarily targeting prospects in the medical, medico-legal, health sectors) promoting/marketing and driving new business (particularly to grow the personal injury law practice) to further expand and grow the business of this high profile market leading 'brand name' firm. WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are EITHER: 1) a sales/BD professional with MINIMUM 3 years (or more) proven success record in a sales/business development/new client acquisition role including in the legal sector OR 2) a current or ex-practising lawyer or paralegal with proven client engagement/marketing/business development experience seeking an alternative legal career ; Are a success/results-driven high achiever with an entrepreneurial flair/high commercial acumen with a positive ‘can-do’ whatever it takes attitude; have outstanding communication/relationship/people skills; have a current drivers licence and able to be geographically mobile (most travel within Sydney metropolitan with occasional travel outside Sydney within NSW); are hungry for a long-term successful career with a market leading law firm.
