About the Job This role supports the planning, coordination and delivery of CPA Australia’s go-to-market and marketing strategy activities. Working in a 3-day-per-week job share and reporting to the Head of Marketing, the position leads quarterly planning cycles, improves marketing governance and collaboration, and ensures initiatives are delivered in a structured, integrated way. It partners closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage timelines and support strategic projects across the marketing function. The role also contributes to content strategy development, drives continuous improvement in ways of working, and helps deliver measurable outcomes that support broader business objectives. This is a 12-month part time (3 days a week - Tuesday, Thursday & Friday ) fixed term contract. About You You bring proven experience in strategic marketing, go-to-market planning and project management, with the ability to deliver results across complex initiatives. You are highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing competing priorities and tight deadlines. You have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. You are experienced in digital marketing, campaign planning, customer journeys and content strategy, and are comfortable using project management, CRM, marketing automation and AI-enabled tools. Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills are essential, along with adaptability in a changing environment. Key Requisites: Proven track record of achieving results through strategic planning and project management, ensuring a balance between scope, quality, and deadlines. Demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing development, digital marketing, campaign management, and data-driven customer journey mapping. Proven skill in strategically influencing senior stakeholders, including executives and board members, to secure buy-in and collaboratively design impactful marketing and communication strategies, as well as innovative go-to-market plans. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with external suppliers and agencies. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g: Monday.com). Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled tool Experience in coordinating and managing marketing budgets across multiple domains to ensure effective use of resource and financial accuracy. Self-motivated and independent with the ability to create productive relationships with multiple stakeholders and achieve common goals.
