Working closely with the CEO, the successful candidate will contribute to financial planning, business performance monitoring, reporting accuracy, and operational decision-making across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: ·Preparing and presenting financial and management reports, including reporting on financial performance and projected outcomes ·Monitoring cash flow, financial transactions, operating results, and financial performance to support business planning and resourcing decisions ·Supporting the development, implementation, and review of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis in consultation with management ·Coordinating accounting operations and supporting the monitoring of accounting systems, including reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and month-end processes using Xero and Xero Payroll ·Maintaining and reviewing internal financial controls, accounting procedures, compliance obligations, and financial record-keeping practices ·Contributing to improvements in accounting systems, financial reporting processes, and operational financial efficiency ·Providing financial information, analysis, and reporting insights to support management and CEO decision-making on operational and financial priorities ·Supporting compliance with financial legislation, reporting standards, and internal financial requirements ·Assisting with financial planning activities, budget monitoring, and long-range financial forecasting About you The successful candidate will demonstrate: ·Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations ·Strong knowledge of accounting systems such as Xero and Xero Payroll ·Understanding of financial controls, compliance obligations, and reporting standards ·Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills ·Ability to interpret financial information and support operational decision-making ·Ability to work effectively within a multicultural and fast-paced environment ·High attention to detail and ability to work independently ·Strong communication and stakeholder management skills How to apply Please send your CV/resume to:
