Hotel Manager – Full Time Hotel Marvell, Byron Bay NSW $85,000 – $100,000 super (depending on experience) About Us Hotel Marvell is a premium boutique hotel in the heart of Byron Bay, offering a refined guest experience across accommodation, food & beverage, and rooftop hospitality. With a strong focus on service, design, and operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and drive performance across all departments. The Role We are seeking a full-time Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and liaise with food & beverage outlets Lead, train, and manage department heads and staff to ensure high performance and service standards Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control to meet business targets Drive revenue through effective pricing, occupancy strategies, and guest experience initiatives Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Handle guest feedback and resolve escalated issues professionally Coordinate staffing, rostering, and workforce planning Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders Implement and uphold operational procedures and brand standards About You Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Hotel Manager or senior hospitality management role Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or similar (preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver financial outcomes Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong understanding of hotel operations, systems, and compliance requirements Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays Opera Cloud PMS experience What We Offer Competitive salary aligned with market rates Opportunity to lead a premium hospitality venue in Byron Bay Career growth within a dynamic and expanding hospitality group Supportive leadership team and strong operational structure Additional Information This is a full-time position based in Byron Bay, NSW.
