This is a hands-on and analytical role focused on inventory systems, warehouse optimisation, and process improvement across a large-scale distribution environment. The Company Our client is a well-established and highly regarded national distribution business. With continued investment into their warehouse operations, systems, and supply chain capability, they are seeking an analytical and systems-focused Inventory Systems Analyst to join their Distribution Centre team. The Role Analysing inventory and warehouse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Managing and optimising warehouse slotting strategies based on SKU velocity and product movement Supporting WMS enhancements, inventory process improvements, and operational system optimization Developing and maintaining inventory reporting, KPI dashboards, and operational analytics Supporting warehouse process standardisation and SOP development Participating in ongoing warehouse optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborating with key stakeholders across operations, purchasing, product, and transport teams About You Previous experience in inventory analysis, inventory control, warehouse systems, or supply chain operations Strong understanding of inventory management processes within high-volume warehouse environments Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail Strong systems capability with experience using WMS, ERP, or SAP systems Experience working with warehouse slotting, inventory optimisation, or operational analysis highly regarded Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse data and generate meaningful reporting What’s On Offer?
