Oliveto Ristorante e Bar is a modern restaurant and bar venue located in Rhodes NSW and is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Providing high-quality table service, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests Taking food and beverage orders accurately and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff Serving meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner Setting up and clearing tables in accordance with service standards Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas Processing customer payments using POS systems Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations Following workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures About You: At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Waiter or in a similar role Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good organisational skills and attention to detail Professional presentation and a positive attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Job Type: Permanent / Full-time Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
