What you’ll do: Inspect parts upon arrival for accuracy and defects Disassemble vehicles in line with repair instructions Carry out panel repairs in accordance with OEM standards, repair methods, and job specifications Reassembling vehicles to pre-accident condition Maintain a high standard of care when handling all vehicles Use and maintain tools and equipment safely and responsibly Follow all WHS policies and procedures, including PPE requirements What you’ll need to succeed Trade qualified Panel Beater, or a 3rd/4th year apprentice working towards qualification Strong commitment to workplace safety High attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to follow processes and repair procedures accurately A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to collaborate If you want to join our amazing team, we can offer you: A Competitive pay plus a healthy bonus program Staff and family discounts on vehicles, finance, servicing & more Discounted health insurance and access to our Employee Assistance Program Who are we?
