Key Responsibilities ● Deliver outstanding customer service. ● Prepare and serve food items according to recipes and quality standards. ● Engage with customers to provide information about our menu, the "Plate 4 Plate" initiative, and other store offerings. ● Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures. ● Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. ● Monitor and restock inventory as needed, ensuring adequate supplies for daily operations. ● Accurately process transactions, handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. ● Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations. ● Support new team members through training and mentorship. ● Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimise waste.
