The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe & Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities Operations & Customer Experience Oversee daily restaurant and café operations to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service Manage guest reservations, enquiries, and customer feedback professionally Support the planning and execution of functions, events, and promotional activities Team Leadership & Staff Management Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house and hospitality staff Develop and manage staff rosters in line with operational requirements and labour budgets Foster a positive, high-performing, and collaborative workplace culture Conduct staff performance management and ongoing development Financial & Inventory Management Monitor daily sales performance and assist in achieving financial targets Manage stock control, supplier ordering, and inventory processes Minimise wastage and support cost-control initiatives Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and operational reporting Compliance & Venue Standards Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health regulations Maintain current licensing and operational compliance requirements Uphold venue presentation, safety, and service standards at all times About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality management Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Financial awareness with experience managing operational costs A commitment to exceptional customer service and team development Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment Why Join Nar Nar Goon Hotel?
