Role Details We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Assistant for our client located in Cockburn, South of the River, Perth. STARTING ASAP - 2 MONTHS - LEAVE COVER Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm $37.50 PER HOUR Duties; Assisting HR Coordinator Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain reception area and meeting rooms Data entry and maintain accurate records Respond to general email enquiries Order and manage office supplies Requirements; Updated Resume Previous experience in a similar role Professional and polite telephone manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well presented Current Drivers Licence Passport / Birth Certificate What’s on offer?
