To be successful in this role it is recommended that you have: How to be successful: Have safety as a personal value Possess a can do attitude Willingness to Learn Provide effective, efficient and motivated approach to meet POLYFIT and the client's needs and expectations Genuinely approach all activities including equipment welfare "as if it was your own" Full WA Manual Drivers Licence Ability to Pass Drug and Alcohol Assessment Excellent Time-Keeping/Punctual Good Presentation Experience with Hand Tools Experience in Polywelding/Plastic Fabrication highly desirable but not essential Able to complete Overtime where necessary
