Kaefer Integrated Services Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled, proactive Electrical Leading Hand to join our team in Moranbah, Queensland, on a 4/3 roster. This position offers meals and accommodation while on site, with the opportunity to step into and support supervisory duties as needed, ensuring electrical works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Compliance with all relevant regulations, site procedures, and Kaefer’s safety expectations will be a key part of your responsibilities. WHAT’S ON OFFER? 4 days on / 3 days off Roster - Day shift only. Consistent hours - 3 x 12 hour days (6am start) and a 10 hour day (4pm finish) on day 4, to travel home. Full‑time benefits including Annual and Sick Leave Permanent camp accommodation in Moranbah (15 mins from site), including your own dedicated room that remains yours every swing. Travel arrangements provided, including daily transport from camp to site and shared company car travel available from Mackay. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervising and coordinating a team of electricians to complete electrical installations and maintenance tasks on site Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation Liaising with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and coordinate work schedules Providing technical guidance and support to the electrical team, and identifying training needs as required Monitoring work progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the electrical work Contributing to the continuous improvement of electrical processes and practices ABOUT YOU Qualified, motivated electrician with the drive to step into leading‑hand position and a genuine willingness to grow into greater responsibility. S123, G2 (desirable) Working at Heights and Working in Confined Space tickets, Standard 11 Mining Induction. Coal Board Medical Thorough knowledge of electrical standards, regulations and best practices Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Willingness to travel to project sites as required Why Join KAEFER?
