Requirements of the position: Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and consultative manner Achieve finance penetration, insurance and profitability targets Prepare and submit finance applications accurately and efficiently Maintain strong relationships with lenders and business partners Ensure full compliance with all financier and regulatory requirements Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience Support the sales team to maximise dealership performance Maintain accurate customer records and reporting through dealership systems Assist with the settlement of vehicle purchases Provide support to the Sales and Finance team as required Requirements: Previous experience as an Automotive Business Manager Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance processes Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills High attention to detail and strong organisational ability Professional presentation and customer-first attitude 100% compliance with all relevant financiers and current accreditation requirements Valid WA drivers Licence Benefits of the position: Join a family owned and operated dealership Attractive salary package including fully maintained company vehicle Represent some of the best automotive brands in the world.
