Role Overview: As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in our operations, handling retail parts sales and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. From managing orders and maintaining inventory to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, you will be a key contributor to our success. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be responsible for handling retail parts sales across various EEA Group brands, including Bandit Tree Equipment, Earthmoving Equipment Australia, Merlo, and Thwaites. You'll be expected to maintain professional and timely communication with clients from inquiry through to completion. Your duties will include ordering parts through suppliers to meet customer needs, collaborating with other parts staff to achieve industry-standard first-pick success rates, and conducting major stock takes at the end of the financial year, along with ongoing weekly audit checks. You'll be responsible for executing processes that ensure an exceptional customer experience, adhering to all parts department procedures, and maintaining a clean and organised parts area, including receiving and dispatch areas. Compliance with all company Health & Safety measures is essential, and you'll also assist with parts stock put away, dispatch, and maintaining stock, including setting up locations.
