About The Role The Enterprise Systems Access Administrator plays a critical role in managing user access to the Council’s corporate applications, including OneCouncil. This position ensures compliance with established security policies and procedures by provisioning, deprovisioning, and monitoring access rights. The Administrator will troubleshoot access issues and work closely with the IM&T Cyber Security team to enforce access management best practises. This role requires a proactive approach to enhance and streamline access management processes while ensuring users are educated on security best practises. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and customer-focused service delivery to our team. Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or significant experience in Information Management & Technology. ITIL Foundation Certification– valid or willingness to complete within 6 months of appointment. Experience in managing user accounts and permissions within ERP systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment.
