We are looking for team members who resonate with our RAISE values : Respect Achieve Together Integrity Stewardship Excellence The Role & our Company The role reports to the Warehouse Leadership team and is accountable for contributing to the achievement of TrendPac’s delivery targets. Some of the duties are: Supply of raw materials and packaging to support production schedules Receipt, storage, and movement of raw materials, packaging, bulk and finished goods Picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders Safe operation of forklifts and materials handling equipment in line with site procedures Accurate completion of system transactions using RF scanners / WMS Achieving duties with safety, quality, delivery and cost standards in mind Maintaining housekeeping and safe, orderly work areas Supporting continuous improvement and working collaboratively across shifts and departments Shifts Available Day Shift: 6:36am to 3:22pm , Monday to Friday Night Shift: 11:50pm to 7:36am , Sunday to Thursday Additional overtime may be required based on operational requirements. The Successful Applicant Will Be: Reliable, results‑focused, with a “Can Do” attitude Experienced in warehouse operations (FMCG exposure preferred) Demonstrate an understanding of Lean / continuous improvement practices Hold a High‑Risk Work Licence (Forklift) with hands‑on experience (preferred) Competent in computerised systems and barcode scanning Able to work collaboratively with internal departments and support functions Committed to working safely and consistently demonstrating TrendPac’s RAISE values Why Work at TrendPac?
