Stream Healthcare is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a growing NDIS service as the first Occupational Therapist on the team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a lead clinical role, contribute to service development, and help shape allied health delivery across Sydney and Dubbo! About the Role: This role delivers NDIS supports to both paediatric and adult participants through community-based and outreach services. You will have flexibility in how you structure your working week across locations, with options including: 1 week in Dubbo / 1 week in Sydney 3 days in Sydney / 2 days in Dubbo (vice versa) Option for telehealth at times depending on clients. This is a mobile and autonomous role suited to a clinician who enjoys variety, travel, and being part of a developing service. Key Responsibilites: Deliver occupational therapy services to NDIS participants (paediatric and adult caseload) Conduct functional assessments, reports, and intervention planning Provide community-based and outreach supports Contribute to the development of clinical processes and service delivery frameworks Liaise with participants, families, and support coordinators Travel between Sydney and Dubbo as required What’s on Offer: Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 super Accomodation and Travel covered Flexible working arrangements Opportunity to take a lead role in shaping a growing NDIS service External supervision and clinical support provided through other disciplines within the organisation Strong potential for career progression as the organisation expands Western Sydney base (office currently under construction) Flexible WFH options when not in the field About You AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist Experience within the NDIS sector (paediatrics and/or adults) Confident working autonomously in a developing service Strong report writing and communication skills Willing to travel between Sydney and Dubbo Able to organise own professional supervision (external supervision supported Also Available – Speech Pathologist Role We are also seeking a Speech Pathologist for a similar outreach role across Sydney and Dubbo.
