The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our Rockingham office for an immediate start . This is a fast-paced and hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in an operational environment. You will support day-to-day business functions, coordinate logistics, and contribute to mobilisation activities across multiple projects. Key Duties Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing the administration inbox, incoming calls and staff enquiries Providing administrative support to leadership, including scheduling and documentation Coordinating freight, deliveries and materials between office, workshop and site Managing PPE, uniforms, consumables and inventory registers Maintaining accurate records, registers and filing systems Supporting plant and equipment scheduling, servicing and maintenance coordination Assisting with mobilisation and demobilisation administration and site documentation Maintaining records for inductions, compliance and training requirements Supporting project ramp-ups with logistics, documentation and coordination tasks About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (mining, construction or electrical contracting environment highly regarded) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities High attention to detail and a proactive approach Excellent communication skills and a professional manner Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Ability to work collaboratively across office and site-based teams A strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement Highly desirable: Exposure to mobilisation processes within the mining and resources sector, including site onboarding, compliance documentation, and workforce coordination What’s On Offer Immediate start available $75,000 - $80,000 Super commensurate with skills and experience Stable, full-time role based in Rockingham Exposure to major mining and construction projects across WA Supportive team environment with strong leadership involvement Opportunity to develop into mobilisation and project coordination pathways Flexible working arrangements Apply Now If you are available to commence immediately and are looking to build your career within a fast-paced and growing business, we encourage you to apply via SEEK.
