This senior role is pivotal in supporting the growth of the project services business, with a focus on strengthening stakeholder and client relationships, encouraging repeat work, and managing client and staff expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial input, delivery expertise, and constructibility advice, as well as developing and implementing new project procedures and guidelines. A key aspect of the role is to lead and motivate the delivery team, ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and urgency in project execution. The Head of Projects will also be involved in the review and management of financial, operating budgets, and forecasts, and will represent the project board as the senior supplier. Applicants for the Head of Projects position at the company should have tertiary qualifications in projects, design, construction, management, or a related field, and a current driver's license. A strong understanding of project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue drivers, is essential. The role requires the ability to manage utilization, margin performance, and commercial risk across a portfolio, as well as a working knowledge of contracts, procurement processes, and fee structures.
