What You’ll Do Perform on‑farm servicing, minor diagnostics & repairs Maintain a well‑organised service vehicle, tools & inventory Complete job documentation through Enable Follow safety procedures & deliver high‑quality workmanship Take part in ongoing John Deere training What You Bring Strong mechanical, hydraulic & electrical knowledge Ability to read technical manuals & use diagnostic tools Good communication skills MR license (or willingness to obtain; we’ll support you!)
