Based in Perth you will play a key role in building scalable enablement programs that drive consistency, adoption and measurable business outcomes across international teams. Support the design and delivery of global enablement initiatives aligned to business priorities Coordinate scalable training programs across virtual, in-person and eLearning formats Develop and maintain enablement assets including playbooks, product training, battlecards and customer-facing materials Drive enablement adoption and measure program effectiveness through reporting and feedback mechanisms Support onboarding and capability uplift initiatives across global revenue teams About You You will have a proven background in Sales Enablement.
