Contract Global IT Director working for a consultancy firm Your new company You will be working as a Global IT Director - M&A for a consultancy firm that is based in Australia. This opportunity is a fully remote role. Your new role The firm is seeking a highly experienced Global IT Director to lead complex IT divestiture programs across global enterprise environments. This is a critical role for their M&A advisory and delivery practice, focused on executing large-scale separation initiatives for multinational clients. You will operate as a senior leader across both applications and infrastructure workstreams, owning delivery end-to-end from pre-close planning through TSA exit and full separation.
